Rent management and rental payments

Each rent is linked to its rental contract and corresponding property, with the relevant month, amount and status.

So instead of piecing accounts together from statements and messages, you check the status of each contract directly: what's marked as paid and what's still pending.

The tenant can record their rent payment on the platform and attach the corresponding receipt.

The landlord reviews and confirms the record, linking the payment to the contract. Landlords can also log payments received outside the platform, keeping the full history in one place.

Payment receipts are stored alongside the payment they relate to and can be found directly from the contract.

One2Rent organises and gives access to the receipts uploaded by both parties. It does not issue official rent receipts or replace the landlord's tax obligations.

Payment history stays available throughout the contract, with dates and amounts recorded.

Because it lives within the context of the contract and property, checking a specific month is simple, with no need to dig through old emails or chats.

Landlord and tenant access the same payment information for the contract they share, each from their own account.

This shared visibility reduces misunderstandings about what was paid and when, keeping communication about rent tied to the contract it concerns.
